The Records Division is responsible for maintaining case report files, statistical data, processing correspondence, sex offender registry, collecting/recording data required for Uniform Crime Reports and the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).

Case Report for Victim: No Fee will be charged to the Victim for the printed report. All are subject to the fees below:

Case Report: Includes retrieval, and copying. There is a fee of $.25 for each page.

Redacting: $.25 additional per page

Agency Criminal History: $10.00 for self only

Inmate Incarceration History: $2.50 for inmate only

Electronic/Off-Site/On-Site Document Review: $30.00 per hour – charged in half-hour increments ($15.00) – Not to begin until after first hour of review.

Mugshot: $2.50 per mugshot

Case Photographs (If available) $2.50 each photo or $5.00 per CD

List of Montezuma County Registered Sex Offenders: Must show ID.
An hourly charge in the amount of $35.00 per hour or charged in half-hour increments of $17.50 may also be assessed for extensive records research and retrieval.
