SVP BULLETIN COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION BULLETIN

SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION” Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 16-13-901 through 16-13-905, the Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Community Notification regarding the move of a convicted Sexually Violent Predator (SVP), into the Town of Dolores within Montezuma County.

The goal of this video is to enhance public safety and protection.

The SVP Bulletin can only be viewed once the entire CBI video is watched.

SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION” Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 16-13-901 through 16-13-905, the Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Community Notification regarding the move of a convicted Sexually Violent Predator (SVP), into the Town of Dolores within Montezuma County. The notification will be posted 10-22-2020 at 8 am on our website, www.montezumasheriff.org, under the heading of Community Announcements. The notification will be conducted by a video presentation. The identity of the SVP will not be released until after the presentation.

Educational information will be presented by professionals from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, via video, who are involved in the management of sex offenders.  The goal of this video is to enhance public safety and protection.
